This position is for a PT RN supervisor for the 3pm - 11:30pm shift

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care and oversee the nursing staff
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure their comfort and safety
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, conditions, and self-care techniques
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post-discharge care
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Skills:
- Proficient in pain management techniques and acute pain management
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Competent in medication administration, including dosage calculations and IV therapy
- Familiarity with pediatric care principles and ability to provide specialized care to children
- Experience in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving the hospital
- Ability to provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Knowledge of ICU protocols and ability to handle critical care situations

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN)
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a nurse, preferably in a charge nurse or leadership role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
