IU Health Saxony in Fishers, IN has a wonderful opportunity for a part-time RN House Supervisor (Associate Administrator) to join our leadership team! Our ideal candidate has experience in the ICU or ED. This position will work 1, 12-hour shift night shift (3p-3a or 7p-7a) per week. The shift will fall during the week (Monday-Friday). The RN House Supervisor (Associate Administrator) provides leadership, management, and oversight in the absence of administrative and management staff. Facilitates patient flow and expedites patient placement. Consultants on emergency or unusual circumstances and follows up on problems and/or concerns with the appropriate department and/or administrative personnel.
