Telecare Kern Adult Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) is a 16-bed acute inpatient facility for adults 18+ experiencing a mental health illness-related emergency. Admission is voluntary or involuntary (5150).

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. The RN Supervisor provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care by established policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Shifts Available:

Full Time; NOC Shift (11:00 pm to 7:30 am) $2500 Sign on Offered

Sunday thru Thursday

Short Hour .4; AM (7:00 am- 3:30 pm), PM (11:00 pm to 7:30 am); Friday & Saturday

$1500 Sign On Offerred

The expected starting wage range is $51.85 - $64.07. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program and current licensure in the state of operation
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred
