Job Description

Seeking a Business Development & Relationship Manager with a varied background in commercial construction and/or real estate. This position has come available due to our growth and will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding our clientele base. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our client base by building strong relationships with new and existing customers. You will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 
Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new relationship opportunities within the construction, roofing and real estate industry.
  • Develop relationships with Homeowner Associations, Property Management companies, Real Estate developers and government agencies.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our partnership base and increase revenue streams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and identify new opportunities
  • Support contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements with new  and existing relationships
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities

Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years in business development or account management, preferably in the construction, roofing and/or real estate industry or closely related field REQUIRED
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Travel as needed - locally and regionally: Ohio/Pennsylvania/Texas/Florida/North Carolina
