Mars Restoration is now hiring Roofing Sales consultants in our Insurance Restoration Division. We specialize in Roofing, Siding, Gutters, and Sales consultants will be responsible for procuring new clients and assisting them throughout the entirety of the process until close. This position offers an in-house 4-week, paid training with a Monday-Saturday schedule. Hours for training are 10am-4:30pm, transitioning to a flexible schedule after 4 weeks, as Roofing Sales Reps work by appointment ONLY. Pay for this position is paid training and commission while in training and COMMISSION ONLY once training is completed. Average entry level pay would be starting at $90k/yr+. Training for this role consists of both classroom and field sessions with experienced sales team member or manager. You will be required to get up on a ROOF within first week of training. This position is for individuals who are self-motivated and like a challenge. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Candidates with a home-improvement, construction background, or Door to Door sales could be a GREAT FIT for this role. Candidates MUST have their own personal Truck/Van/SUV - that can be used for work equipment - to be considered.

Job Duties Include:

-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

-Provide outstanding customer service

-Serves as lead point of contact for all client accounts

-Professional written and verbal communication throughout departments as well as with clients and vendors

-Travel as needed within a 50 miles radius

Qualified Candidates will:

-Possess valid DL and personal vehicle that can be used for work

-Physically able to bend, lift, and climb up to 30 ft

-Professional, Organized and Self-Motivate

-Previous experience in customer service, sales and marketing, construction or roofing industry preferred
