Job Description

Responsible for Front Desk and Housekeeping daily operations and supervisor of related Front Office and Housekeeping areas including Bell Staff, Concierge/Guest Services and Guest Rooms, public space, recreation facilities and Laundry.

Position supervises and works with associates to carry out guest arrival and departure procedures both front of the house and back of the house.

Strives to ensure guest and associates satisfaction and achieve the operating budget.
