Ruth's Chris Servers are dynamic, interesting, professional, and passionate about food and wine. A typical server applicant must possess at least 2 years of formal dining work experience, impeccable personal appearance, and exceptional interpersonal relationships skills.

Must have, or be able to obtain, a Utah Food Handler Permit. Must have a flexible schedule and be willing/able to work evenings, weekends & holidays.

An extreme level of natural hospitality is a non-negotiable requirement.
