Job Description

This is a base salary + commission + benefits position for a person who can open doors and close deals with a consultative touch in the rapidly growing Ad Fraud industry. Anura is the leader in detecting and identifying non-human and fraudulent digital traffic. We are passionate about helping our clients by delivering clean traffic through dynamic, proprietary technology and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue prospects, establishing and nurturing client relationships to drive sales of our Ad Fraud Solution.
  • Provide exceptional support, information, and guidance to clients, recommending opportunities for their business growth.
  • Maintain detailed records and manage sales pipeline efficiently using tools such as HubSpot.
  • Uphold high standards of service quality, ensuring organizational standards are followed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, attend workshops, and actively participate in professional societies to enhance knowledge and share insights with the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to achieving sales goals, and support organizational objectives.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Manage priorities, deadlines, and ensure accurate processing of sales transactions.
  • Exceed sales quotas, consistently achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and meet business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates who can work in our HQ office, strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in sales, with a results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and relevant sales management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of online business, advertising, and marketing principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in sales documentation and client interactions.
  • Effective multitasking abilities, deadline management, and ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging clients and collaborating with the team.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
  • Broad knowledge of internet advertising preferred, enabling effective client consultations and solution recommendations.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings or industry events.

  • Punctuality and reliability, consistently showing up on time and ready to contribute to team success.
