Our Sales BDRs work closely with our sales teams to build business for the company through outbound calls and responding to inbound texts/chats that come in from lead sources. We're looking for someone with previous sales experience and great communication skills.

Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to and follow up with up with prospective customers
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Connect new customers with appropriate sales team member
  • Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
  • Proactively build out prospecting network
  • Log all activity in a CRM
  • Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter

Business Development Representative Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
