- Cold calling people using a given phone directory and transfer to a licensed agent
- Answer calls from prospective customers when they call back
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements
- Persuade the prospect to speak with a licensed agent
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Driven and goal oriented
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge or relevant computer programs
- Persistent and results oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
