We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Run POS system.
• Fill portable propane cylinders. This portion of the job is carried out outdoors.
• Shelf Stocking
• Any other duties deemed necessary in a retail work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
• Farm, ranch, feed, hardware or outdoor power equipment experience required.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
