Duties:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Utilize basic math skills to accurately handle cash register transactions and manage inventory.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of retail sales techniques and strategies to promote products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Use POS systems to process transactions, manage inventory, and track sales.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Perform stockroom duties such as receiving and processing merchandise, and maintaining a neat and organized stockroom.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic math skills.
- Familiarity with retail math and POS systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
