Moomin Shop Hawaii is looking to hire Sales Associates to join our Moomin family.
Job Description
- Provide the best possible shopping experience for all guests.
- Meet and/or exceed sales targets
- Standard opening and closing procedures.
- Maintaining store standards and participate in merchandising of new product.
- Maintaining/Enhancing current customer relationships.
All retail employees at Moomin Shop Hawaii are responsible for:
- Driving top line store sales results and growing the business through action and productivity
- Creating customer awareness of programs and promotions available to them to build customer loyalty, when applicable
- Preparing for each shift by maintaining awareness of all sales, promotions, and applicable POS procedures
- Taking initiative to recover and replenish merchandise, so it is available to sell
- Assisting in housekeeping of sales floor and communicating maintenance issues
- Keeping an awareness of, and building personal capability in, loss prevention
- Supporting all activities related to providing a safe working environment
- Understanding and demonstrating Company values

Experience:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· 1-2 years retail experience and/or customer service
· Japanese speaker is a plus (not required)

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Benefits:
Shift:
- Day shift (9:30am-3:30pm)
- Mid shift (12:00am-5:00pm, 1:00pm-6:00pm)
- Evening shift (3:00pm-8:30pm 9:30pm in December)
- Weekend availability is a must
