This self-motivated professional will report directly to senior management and will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieve and exceed sales goals by selling digital marketing solutions including SEO, PPC, and web design services.
• Manage time effectively, with a priority on new account acquisition and meeting sales targets.
• Generate robust pipelines and develop strategic quotes to meet activity goals.
• Develop and maintain strategic plans focused on geographic and vertical market penetration within the digital marketing landscape.
• Attend industry conferences and digital marketing events to stay ahead of market trends and network with potential clients.
• Proactively prospect for new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing accounts.
• Articulate the unique value proposition of RedBrick's digital marketing solutions using persuasive and consultative sales techniques.
• Uphold RedBrick’s integrity and thought leadership in all professional engagements.

Requirements:

• A proactive 'can-do' attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging in productive and persuasive conversations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or related fields.
