We are seeking a self motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various insurance products to prospective and current customers, including but not limited to auto, home, life, banking products and support setting appointments for financial service investment products.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, integrity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have a passion for helping others and cultivating long standing relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and current customers through relationship building, multi-lining. networking, generating leads, cold calling, and referrals to close sales.
- Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and benefits to help them make informed decisions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients' insurance and financial service needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Follow up with generated leads on inquiries to close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' questions, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets and achieve company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to ensure accurate and effective sales presentations. This is Provided internally.
- Willingness to work local community events
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Active or willingness to obtain insurance licenses: Property & Casualty , Life & Health
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is desirable but not required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
