Position: Sales Professional

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their flooring needs and preferences, providing expert guidance on product selection and design options.

Prepare and present competitive quotes to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our flooring products and services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaborate with our installation team to ensure a seamless and smooth process for our customers from selection to installation.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and position ourselves as market leaders.

Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and determined approach to achieve individual and team goals.

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner.

A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
