Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone looking to dive deep into a sales career. You will support the Regional Sales Managers in driving revenue by following up on leads, managing prospects, and closing deals. While exceptional customer service is important, your primary focus will be on generating sales, developing relationships, and helping to grow our business. Success in this role opens doors for rapid career advancement into a Regional Sales Manager role and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Assist Regional Sales Managers in closing deals by following up on leads, nurturing prospects, and pushing sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Lead Management: Manage the full sales pipeline by actively following up with leads, identifying key opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Order Processing & Sales Execution: Handle order management from start to finish, ensuring all sales are processed efficiently, while providing any needed product information to close deals faster.
  • Trade Partner Onboarding: Onboard new trade partners, educating them on our products, pricing structures, and benefits to ensure they are positioned for success with our offerings.
  • Customer Support as a Sales Tool: While your focus will be on sales, provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience, which will help build long-term relationships and increase opportunities for future business.
  • Collaboration for Success: Work closely with marketing, production, and shipping departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, keeping customers informed every step of the way.
  • CRM Mastery: Maintain and update the CRM with detailed information on leads, customer interactions, and sales data to optimize the sales process and track performance.
  • Sales Events & Trade Shows: Represent the company at trade shows and events, showcasing products and securing new business.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales support, business development, or a related sales field.
  • Strong drive to succeed and build a career in sales, with a passion for closing deals and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple sales tasks.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
