Grow Haven is a proprietor of premium cannabis products. We rely on our 30 plus years of cultivation experience to provide a consistently high quality product.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with proven success in the industry.

<<Responsibilities>>

- Generate and pursue new sales opportunities using existing leads and self-generated leads..

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products to effectively communicate their value to customers.

- Utilize sales dashboard to manage sales pipelines, track leads, and maintain accurate sales data.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and optimize sales strategies.

- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets through a combination of new business and existing customer sales.

<<Qualifications>>

- Proven experience in cannabis sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.

- Experience with sales reporting, dashboards or similar CRM systems..

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.

<<Compensation>>

- Base pay plus uncapped commission

- Sales territory is entire state of Michigan - no restrictions

- Car allowance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
