Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. Duties:

• As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for introducing clients to our high quality home improvement products and services
• You'll successfully turn assigned leads (NO COLD CALLS) into loyal clients by appropriately assessing their home improvement needs, and providing tailored solutions
• Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and in-home demonstrations
• Provide potential and existing clients an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Foster and grow strong professional relationship with internal corporate partners
• Track productivity by entering and maintaining accurate records of customer sales; produce weekly reporting including customer quotes, orders, issues, and other metrics as required
• Provide prospective customers options that align with their expressed home improvement needs
• Maintain CRM records and other customer-related documentation
• Serve as the liaison between the customer and the company’s post-sale division for matters related to financing, contract changes, quality assurance, etc

Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
