Title : Salesforce Administrator/Developer (Full-Time & Remote Option Available)


Location : Tallahassee, FL | Duration : Full Time


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience as Salesforce Platform Administrator/ Developer.
  • Hands-on and in-depth expertise in configuration and custom development on Salesforce platform.
  • Should have good experience working on a high volume of transactions/data.
  • Salesforce Lightning Experience (LWC Framework).
  • Experience in technologies such as Apex, AURA and LWC.
  • Experience with Flow or Process Builder.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Adapt the Salesforce platforms out-of-the-box functionality to fit an organizations unique workflows, processes, and data models.
  • Ability to analyze solves business problems by customizing the Salesforce Platform.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and able to clearly define the issue to the customer and provide solutions.
  • Experience with Case Management.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Monitoring and improve Org Health, External Integrations and maintaining security standards.
  • Experience with User Management especially profiles and permission sets.
  • Experience working with Public Sector/Government is preferred.
