Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Salesforce features.
• Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and ensure ongoing system adoption.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Salesforce platform.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce architectural solutions.
• Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects from initiation to completion.

Personal skills:

• Proactive, self-managed, and adaptable with a positive attitude in a fast-paced working environment.
• Eager to learn new things and develop skills.
• Team player, with strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills – other languages are a plus.
• Interest in learning about business processes and systems.

Functional skills:

• Solid experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in Project Management or Project Teams.
