Financial Institution is seeking a Salesforcr Engineering Lead. Someone who has DEEP experince with Salesforce. This is a contract to hire role and is 100% REMOTE.

• Technical design: Collaborating with the Product Owner, IT Solution Manager, and IT Solution Architect on technical designs
  
  
• Solution development: Developing custom solutions that address customer needs and leverage the Salesforce platform
  
  
• Deployment coordination: Planning and executing deployment activities on the Salesforce platform
  
  
• Technical documentation: Producing requirements documentation, system plans, and technical solution documentation
  
  
• Program maintenance: Encoding, testing, debugging, and maintaining programs and applications
  
  
• Communication: Communicating status and open issues to development teams and leads, and collaborating on coding standards
  
  
• Best practices: Applying best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and communication of design decisions
