Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Utilities Customer Engagement Consultant who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Role: SAP Utilities Customer Engagement Consultant

Job Level: Manager

Location: Omaha, NE. Hybrid - Work from Home.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Role Summary:

• Experience/knowledge with proven work experience on the functional aspects of SAP S/4 Customer Engagement (CE) and SAP Utilities.
• Configure and perform functional validation of CE specific requirements for a utility SAP (interaction center, account overviews, move in/move out/transfers, payment plan/arrangements, etc.)
• Write System Integration Test scripts, work with technical developers and provide guidance from a functional standpoint, should have ABAP debugging skills.
• Able to implement CE functionalities without guidance based on the business requirements
• Write Functional Specifications based on business requirements from clients

Role Qualifications:

• 5+ years of SAP experience, including SAP S4HANA CE
• 3+ years in SAP Utilities (ISU)
• SAP ISU CE experience in project and managed services environments
• Overall understanding of Utilities Industry Business Processes in Regulated and/or Deregulated markets
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business, Finance or Accounting

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
