$20-23/hr, Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Driver's license required.

We are in search a skilled office coordinator to operate our Honolulu cleaning company. Experience in cleaning or related field is highly preferred. We want someone who enjoys problem solving, is an excellent communicator, values organization, and understands what it's like for our cleaners on the road!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Scheduling work orders
  • Scheduling equipment deliveries if needed
  • Scheduling of cleaners
  • Overseeing our site evaluation schedule
  • Making sure clients and cleaners are happy
  • Equipment repair tracking
  • Daily payroll reports

Hours

  • Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • May run a little later to solve any problems that may come in last minute
