You’ll collaborate with students, educators, and families, tailoring therapy programs that encourage academic and personal growth. Each workday includes 7 hours of direct student engagement, along with a 30-minute duty-free lunch for a well-balanced schedule.

Desired Qualifications:
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience providing physical therapy within a school setting or with pediatric populations
• Strong understanding of IEPs and IDEA compliance
• Ability to design and implement individualized and group treatment plans
• Clear communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate approach and adaptability in fast-paced school environments

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess students to determine physical therapy needs within the school setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focused on enhancing students’ mobility and access to the curriculum
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy into the school day
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reports
• Provide education and support to school staff about best practices for student mobility and safety
• Maintain accurate, timely records of evaluations, treatments, and progress
