Seeking 2 part-time in person chiropractic assistants (1 am shift and 1 pm shift) for a busy office in Mt. Holly, NJ area. (THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION-MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN PERSON)

Am Shift Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 6:45 am-1:00pm and Saturday 7:00 am- 12:00pm. (Training times will vary)

PM Shift Hours: Monday-Thursday 12:30pm-7:00pm (training times will vary)

Responsibilities include:

Answering multiple phone lines

Scheduling patient appointments and accepting payments

Assisting doctors with patient's therapy

Qualifying insurance benefits

Requesting/Prep/Fax medical records and precertification’s

Skills required:
Strong listening skills and ability to multitask are a must!

Strong organizational skills

Must be punctual and dependable

Ability to initiate and complete projects independently

Positive attitude and excellent people skills

Team player with great communication skills
