Are you passionate about teaching and love the open road? Do you have a knack for making learning fun and engaging? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Seasonal Driving School Instructor!

About Us: At AAA Northeast, we believe that learning to drive should be an exciting and enjoyable experience. Our mission is to create confident and lifelong safe drivers while having a blast along the way. We’re looking for enthusiastic instructors to join us as seasonal partners and help our students hit the road with confidence.

If you’re an existing Massachusetts Certified Driving Instructor that’s looking for a refreshing change...great! If not, no problem … opportunities are also available for the right non-licensed candidates. We’ll train you, and you’ll get paid to learn a new skill. You must complete and pass a CORI background check.

What You’ll Do:

Teach students the rules of the road, specific maneuvers, and safe driving practices.

Provide hands-on driving instruction in a supportive and fun environment.

Create engaging lesson plans that make learning to drive an adventure.

Communicate effectively with students and parents, providing feedback and encouragement.

Flexible scheduling to fit your summer or other seasonal plans.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Previous teaching or coaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to make learning fun and engaging for students of all ages.

Education
High School Diploma or GED Required

Experience

Driving instructor/trainee experience Required Teaching experience is Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

Valid driver’s license Required State driving instruction certification Required Ability to meet Club insurance requirements, motor vehicle and other pre-employment guidelines Required
