General Event Staff

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
As a General Event Staff member, you'll play a part in creating magical memories for our guests during the 2024 season. Dive into the action with a variety of rolesfrom Guest Services to the Ice Skate Shop and Ice Skating Trail, Ticket Scanning, and beyond.

Your mission is to:

• Deliver Excellence: Collaborate with the team to ensure every guest experiences our holiday magic in its finest form.

• Stay Informed: Participate in daily pre-shift meetings to stay up-to-date on all groups, special events, and operational details.

• Uphold Standards: Maintain top-notch quality assurance and cleanliness in your assigned zone to keep the magic alive.

• Communicate Effectively: Use radio communications and best practices to ensure smooth operations.

• Enhance Guest Experience: Represent the event with grace, addressing any guest situations and reporting incidents to your Supervisor.

• Maintain Professionalism: Stay in uniform and wear appropriate credentials at all times for safety and security.

• Spread the Magic: Use festive language to create a warm, inviting environment, making every guests visit unforgettable.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
