Description
As our Security Agent, you’ll be the cornerstone in safeguarding and monitoring our cannabis cultivation facility. Your role will encompass a diverse array of security and administrative duties, ensuring secure access and upholding stringent quality control measures, in strict adherence to our comprehensive company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
What does the day-to-day look like?
You’ll oversee the seamless check-ins of all personnel and deliveries, diligently maintain logs, and monitor security systems and coordinating related schedules, ensuring everyone and everything adheres to both State and Company security standards.
So, who are we looking for?
You’d be a perfect fit if you:
- Have obtained a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Are at least 21 years of age and can register with the state’s cannabis commission.
- Possess experience in security operations and procedures (ideally in similar environments).
- Understand the importance of staying alert with a keen attention to detail.
- Bring a positive attitude and have a knack for teamwork.
- Have robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Are diligent in complying with all industry-related laws, regulations, and policies.
