Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect property and assets by enforcing access control and following security protocols
- Respond to alarms and incidents promptly, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Conduct thorough investigations of any suspicious activities or incidents
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports and daily logs
- Monitor surveillance cameras and other security equipment to ensure effective coverage
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications are highly desirable
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and familiarity with CCTV systems
- Ability to assess potential risks and take appropriate preventive measures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• On call
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Atlantic Highlands, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
