Job Summary: The Security Patrol Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining exceptional employee performance and job site compliance. It will be essential that the Security Patrol Supervisor supports and integrates Sizemore’s core values of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety and Teamwork into the daily performance of assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts employee and job site inspections for assigned sites.
  • Maintain shift activity log.
  • Report identified issues and compliance violations to leadership.
  • Work in conjunction with on-duty Dispatcher.
  • Assist in vehicle maintenance including (but not limited to) cleaning, maintaining fuel level and regular maintenance such as oil changes.
  • Maintain tour routes.
  • Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting guard tour systems and devices.
  • Assist with and recommend coaching and training guards at sites.
  • Review of daily logs and incidents reports of sites visited
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings when scheduled.
  • Drives a culture of constant improvement, identifying and implementing changes to increase productivity and efficiency of service.
  • Enforces Sizemore’s policies and procedures.
  • Additional duties assigned, as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or recipient of GED
  • At least two years of experience in a security or quality assurance role.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and clear driving record.
  • Must possess licensure to carry a firearm (where required).
  • Must be CPR/First Aid Certified.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.
  • Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm as well as diplomacy when dealing with any person no matter the circumstances.
  • Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in potentially stressful and time sensitive situations.
  • Possess problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information with accuracy and clarity.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Working Conditions:

  • Majority of work will be performed driving to various customer locations in a Sizemore vehicle.
  • Must be able to cover various shifts including weekends, overnights, holidays and/or work extended hours.
  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. periodically.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, speak effectively and listen for understanding for duration of the workday.
  • Will work in all weather conditions.

Continued employment is dependent upon:

  • Ability to pass a criminal background, a clean MVR check (if driving), and employment verification.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment and random employment drug screens.
