Willamette Valley Caregivers, a locally owned Home Care Registry is looking to build our registry of great caregivers! In this model, called consumer-directed care, clients and caregivers determine all the details of their arrangements together, including duties and compensation. These caregivers work 1 on 1 with clients in their own homes, providing all levels of care. Being a part of our registry means that we help to match you directly to those clients who are looking for care in the Willamette Valley. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for BOTH the Caregiver and the people who receive their care, and we are committed to raising standards in the home care industry.

Currently looking for Part-time or Full-Time Caregivers in the following areas: Salem/Keizer, Dallas, Monmouth, Stayton, Silverton, Woodburn.

** This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position**

Please apply, ONLY if you meet the following Qualifications:

• Completion of CNA training OR verifiable 2 years of private-duty professional "medical" care giving of seniors in home or assisted living environments.
• Can provide 2 recent work-related references for care giving within the last 5 years
• Must be available at least 5 shifts per month
• Able to pass a national criminal background check, driving record, references, and drug test.
• Willing to purchase liability insurance ($87 per year), which will be transferable to my other private jobs
• Have own car, cell phone, and email.
