Description:

The Enterprise Change Office (ECO) was created as a strategic governance body that works to align, aggregate, assess and ensure sustainable enterprise change. The ECO is responsible for designing and administering the Enterprise Change Management Program, which includes creating and maintaining applicable procedures for business units and corporate functions and validating they address the requirements of a newly established governance model.

This position is responsible for developing/producing reporting for the new Enterprise Change Office governance activities. Capturing and analyzing KPIs/KRIs associated with change and change risk; developing and maintaining monthly/quarterly governance committee and Board reports.

This position will also produce reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement.
