JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sr.

Commodity Mgr - End to End will lead the Procurement function’s development, deployment, and execution of key E2E processes.

These key processes are, but not limited to, the following: Supply Risk, Supplier Financial Health, Demand Forecast, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), New Product Interface, External Communication linkage, Process Governance & Audit Leadership, etc.

This role will also support the Procurement function in its focus to optimize total value from its sourcing strategies and enable the team to have clear visibility of volume trends as it relates to customer demand drivers.

Working with the appropriate functional team members, the role will provide leadership and oversight for the End to End processes that drive linkages across the enterprise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage team and all activities/processes for End to End categories.

Support the reduction of total cost of ownership while increasing overall value

Support the engagement activity with the supply base and internal partners to identify and implement supply optimization strategies, operational strategies and cost reduction initiatives

Provide procurement oversight and support to all functional areas, ensuring procurement representation and participation in all issues related to meeting End to End business requirements

Develop and implement strategies that meet and support End to End business objectives as applicable

Resolve issues related to forecast data accuracy, supplier risk, supplier financial health, and new product interface

Manage and enhance supplier performance through standardized processes and continuous improvement efforts impacting quality, cost, delivery and service, in support multiple locations and/or functional areas

Lead assigned projects that will further improve the Procurement Functions End to End processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain and/or related area required; advanced degree preferred

Strategic and Operational Procurement Leadership (7+ Years) with proven working experience as a procurement manager and leader/developer of talent

Strong leadership and teammate development capabilities

Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques

Talent in negotiations and networking

Experienced in collecting and analyzing data; aptitude in decision-making

Innovative and creative mindset enabling the ability to adapt to the needs of the business and changing business environment
