We’re looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to take the lead in shaping our paid media strategy across top platforms, engaging email campaigns, and advanced programmatic advertising. In this role, you’ll be guiding a talented team of media buyers, copywriters, and videographers, ensuring our sales funnels and paid media efforts are executed with precision.

Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Team Development

  • Build, lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, creating a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team with clear KPIs and career paths.
  • Foster a culture of excellence within the marketing team, promoting continuous learning and adaptation.
  • Align with all stakeholders of the leadership team to ensure all marketing efforts are properly aligned and supported by the other functions - sales, customer success, finance, etc..

2. Paid Media Campaigns and Strategy

  • Align paid media strategies with organic strategies to ensure a cohesive and on-brand message across all campaigns that meet KPI standards. Never sacrificing the brand or reputation for cheap clicks.
  • Lead high-performing, and high-converting funnels and outstanding paid media campaigns, focusing on troubleshooting, strategizing, and meeting KPIs on platforms like, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google.
  • Develop and execute new and existing paid media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPM, and CTR to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Use data analysis tools like Hyros and Hubspot to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.

3. Acquisition.com Workshops

  • Participate in Acquisition.com Workshops as asked both as a Roundtable Expert and Subject Matter Expert in our L1 and L2 experiences as well as presenting if ever needed.

    4. Marketing Operations and Automation

    • Create a centralized Marketing Dashboard to house all Marketing KPIs for paid media efforts in one spot. Allowing you to maintain comprehensive dashboards to track marketing effectiveness, key performance indicators (KPIs), and campaign metrics to provide actionable insights to senior management.
    • Utilize HubSpot to drive marketing campaigns, manage leads, and optimize customer journeys.
    • Manage and work closely with the IT team to implement and manage marketing automation processes, ensuring seamless campaign execution.

    5. Conversion Optimization and Lead Funnel Management

    • Lead Conversion Optimization efforts across all marketing channels, focusing on improving the workshop registration experience and increasing conversion rates.
    • Own the marketing lead funnel process and provide detailed reports for customer behavior and optimize conversions.

      6. Data-Driven Decision Making and Reporting

      • Work with the Sales team to analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and implement initiatives based on data.
      • Review and analyze marketing activities and make suggestions to management to improve ROI and branch out to new distribution channels.
      • Develop and implement best practices for marketing operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency in all processes.
      • Develop and implement a clear reporting system to track budget utilization

      • High-Performing Team: Develop a team that is not only technically proficient but also strategically oriented towards KPI-focused outcomes, fostering an environment where challenges are met with innovative solutions.
      • Viral Ads: The goal is to consistently create best-in-industry ads that convert viewers into customers and get the attention of millions of business owners online.
      • Decrease in CPA: The better the ad creatives we run, the lower the cost to acquire customers. This is a major driving force for scaling the business.
      • Increase in Revenue & Profitability: The better our advertising campaigns perform, the more we can afford to spend on advertising, which leads to substantial growth in revenue and profitability for the company.
      • Ad Production Factory: We should be an ad production factory consistently delivering world-class ad creatives to the media buying team. We value both quantity and quality.
      • High-Converting Funnels: Develop and optimize high-converting sales funnels with the Director of Sales and CRO Lead to achieve maximum conversion rates.
      • Broad Visibility: All projects and initiatives are clearly and publicly tracked in Asana to allow for easy visibility for all senior leadership.
      • Executive Presence: Product a high NPS/customer satisfaction score across all roundtable and spotlight efforts you lead. Creating positive WOM and a memorable customer experience
      • Hitting Deadlines & Budgets: All deliverables should be completed on time and within budget.

      Requirements

      • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, with a proven track record in a Director role.
      • 10+ years in Marketing industry, with a proven track record of ability to execute to drive revenue
      • Expertise in managing paid ads on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google, and other platforms, preferably with marketing budgets ranging from 1M/month to 30M a year.
      • Proven results in developing and optimizing sales funnels for maximum conversions.
      • Ability to not just lead, but build a team from the ground up
      • Familiarity with traditional advertising methods like Direct Mail is a plus.
      • Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
      • Excellent understanding of media buying and budget management.
      • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams.
      • Adaptability and willingness to stay updated with industry changes.

      Salary

      • $190,000 - $220,000 + bonus
