Title : Senior Full Stack Developer (100% remote and MUST HAVE Genesys Engage and/or Genesys Cloud)

Location : Miami, FL

Contract duration : 6 months (with possible extension)

MUST HAVE : Genesys Engage and/or Genesys Cloud

Position Description :

• Strong knowledge and experience with React, Python (Fast API) and Go Lang
• Proficient with SQL databases, vector databases, and CRM systems
• Experience with messaging queues (eg. Kafka) and Redis and worked with communication systems like Genesys Engage
• Familiar with Cl/CD tools and containerization using Docker.
• Experience developing and deploying chatbots is a plus
