Position Summary

Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology who thrives in a collaborative environment? As a Senior Java Developer, you'll have the opportunity to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant, with minimal travel requirements. This role is part of a long-term, onsite client service delivery model.

Work You’ll Do/Responsibilities

• Collaborate on a tool to automatically generate performance reports based on employee feedback using Generative AI.
• Analyze and document existing legacy systems.
• Gather requirements and engage with stakeholders.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from various functional and technical teams.
• Lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, and transformation, including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing quality deficits, and driving operational outcomes.

The practice includes Service Delivery & Business Design, Application Modernization & Migration, and Quality Engineering.

Qualifications

Required

• 6+ years of experience in Java, C#, Unit Testing.
• 6+ years of experience utilizing Spring, REST API, Jenkins, etc.
• Experience building clients that interact with Generative AI technologies.
• 3+ years of experience in leading projects and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be located on the East Coast.
• Role is remote.

Preferred

• Experience with UI frameworks such as TypeScript, Angular, or React.js.
• Strong analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
• Ability to operate independently or with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
