Job Description

Looking for candidates with 5-7+years of experience as a Senior or Lead IT Support Specialist or related position. Prior experience in a Lead role would be preferred, and prior experience in creating best practices and growing the IT support function within an organization would also be preferred.


Seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to provide comprehensive technical support and maintain smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT desktop, support, and helpdesk functions, including hardware and software troubleshooting, network support, and equipment management. Experience with Lenovo and Dell hardware, Active Directory, and a preferred familiarity with Azure Cloud is essential. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.

  • Key Responsibilities: Perform troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Reset passwords and manage user accounts using Active Directory.
  • Set up, configure, and install IT equipment, including Lenovo and Dell computers, printers, and peripherals.
  • Move and manage IT equipment, ensuring proper placement and connectivity.
  • Maintain and update IT inventory records.
  • Assist with the deployment and management of software applications.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Document support activities and solutions in a ticketing system.
  • Assist with IT projects and system upgrades as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding IT security and data protection.
  • Contribute to improving IT support processes and procedures.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and monitoring tasks.
  • Preferred experience with Azure Cloud services.
  • Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Desktop Support, Help Desk, or IT Support.
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting hardware from Lenovo and Dell.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory for user account management.
  • Preferred experience with Azure Cloud services.
  • Experience with troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, etc.) and common software applications.
  • Experience with setting up and managing IT equipment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and asset tracking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
  • Must be a US Citizen
