Role Overview And Responsibilities

TT Electronics is global provider of complex electronic solutions to the aerospace, defense, healthcare and automation & electrification markets. We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative and results-driven marketing and communications coordinator to join our team. As a senior coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of the marketing plan in North America. From content delivery, campaign and event coordination to bid proposals and trade shows, this role requires a solid marketing generalist with industry experience and a can-do attitude. Reporting to the VP, Global Marketing, the Senior Marketing Communications Coordinator will join a dynamic and high-performing global marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment at a market-leading technology company. This position has the option of being remote, hybrid, or in-office.

Roles & Responsibilities

• As the Senior Marketing Communications Coordinator you will be writing, creating, editing and proof-reading content for sales and corporate communication platforms including literature, press releases, blogs, presentations, website, advertising and event graphics.
• Create and execute impactful social media campaigns (organic and paid).
• Inbound marketing tactic delivery and analysis
• Supporting the business development teams with market-focused material and strategic proposals.
• Trade show and event coordination.
• Execution of the Voice of the Customer feedback program.
• Travel up to 30%.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams and with external agencies.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Ability to use your own initiative, with good time management.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Highly professional and proactive.
• Willing to be flexible to meet business needs i.e., working hours, up to 30% domestic travel.
• This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
