Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal person will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with care.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, creating a friendly atmosphere.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
  • Provide recommendations on menu items, showcasing culinary knowledge to enhance the guest experience.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • Handle payments accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional guest services throughout the process.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations, adhering to sanitation standards.
  • Assist in training new staff members on best practices for service and guest interaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a server role within fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
  • Familiarity with culinary terms and menu items is advantageous for effective communication with guests.
  • Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages weighing up to 25 pounds.

Pay: $143.10 - $172.33 per day

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
