RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure tables are stocked with appropriate utensils, napkins, condiments and other applicable items
• Inform customers about new or featured menu items
• Check identification and strictly follow all ABC guidelines to ensure customers are of legal age to purchase alcohol
• Ensure all orders are properly recorded and delivered to the customer meeting all service and quality standards
• Properly process customer payments
• Adhere to all food safety, service, and quality regulations
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to management when applicable
• Other duties as assigned

• 1+ years working in a high-volume hospitality environment
• Shifts will be scheduled for Tuesday-Saturday between 8am and 9pm.
• Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, managers and customers
• Possess a valid Food Handlers Card or obtain one during training upon hire as required by law
• RBS Certification must be obtained within first week of employment for California locations
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and kneel for duration of shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
