We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and quality standards. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while efficiently managing orders and ensuring timely service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately enter orders into the Aloha POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain high standards of hygiene in all food handling practices.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and reporting shortages as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations or kitchen environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.42 - $19.19 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
