MUST BE WILLING TO CROSS-TRAIN AND TAKE ON SOME SUPPORT STAFF POSITIONS

Must be able to work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Dinner Shift and possibility some shifts during the weekdays)

Must be willing to work both location (Beaverton and NW23rd)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Server to provide an excellent guest experience. Server is responsible to serve guests food and beverages in a professional manner.

Required to perform additional duties throughout the restaurant as assigned and follow all safety policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Serve guests in assigned dining locations, as determined by management.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of Restaurant’s food and beverage options including types of beverages available and all menu options. Answer questions regarding meal preparation processes and ingredients.
  • Enter and process customers’ orders on the computer system. Complete the order transaction by accepting payment.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner; ensuring guests’ complete satisfaction and the meal and service exceed their expectations.
  • Maintaining specific side-work and ensuring the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant. Complete all duties when assigned.
  • Clear and reset tables to prepare for restaurant guests.
  • Check the identification of guests to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages. Politely refuse to serve beverages to guests who are not of legal age.
  • Observe guests’ behavior once they have consumed alcoholic beverages by counting the number of drinks served and offer a taxi if you feel they should not drive. Ask a manager for assistance with disorderly customers.
  • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform; maintaining well-groomed hair and personal hygiene as established by company policy and health regulations.
  • Required to clock in at the beginning of each work shift, clock out for lunch breaks and at the end of each work shift. Lunch breaks and rest periods are to be taken when assigned by management. Overtime is only permitted with management permission. “Working Off the Clock” is NOT permitted at any time.
  • All employees are required to work in a safe manner, follow all safety rules, and communicate workplace hazards to management. All work-related injuries or conditions must be reported IMMEDIATELY to management. If treatment is necessary it will take place at a designated medical facility.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.95 - $27.00 per hour
