Responsibilities

• Utilize POS systems to accurately input customer orders and process payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure food safety standards are upheld during food preparation and serving.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery and maintain efficient service.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with guests
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
