Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Provide accurate estimates for auto repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Upsell additional services or products as needed
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records

Skills
- Prior experience in automotive repair or service advisor position required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to use software tools to create estimates
- Proficiency in upselling services or products
- Ability to manage auto service appointments efficiently

Pay: $56,948.00 - $66,879.00 per year
