**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Internal Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have dealership experience writing up used cars for reconditioning and working with the technicians to get repairs completed in a timely manner. This position will work with customers to complete we-owes and any aftersale issues that arrise. Past experience managing lot attendants and arranging vehicles on the sales lot is also a plus.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage layout of all new and used cars on our lot

- Present inspections to the used car department for approval

- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work

- Manage customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner

- Go to the auction every week to sell and purchase used vehicles

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

- Manage lot attendants and control over time

**Experience:**

- Prior experience writing RO's using CDK

- Proficiency in auto estimating

- Knowledge of mechanical systems and terminology

- Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians

- Strong work ethic and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision

- Familiarity with shocks, struts, air brakes, and other automotive components

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
