What You'll Do:

As our Automotive Service Business Development Advisor, you’ll be the front line of our service department, engaging with customers, building relationships, and driving service appointments. You will:

• Handle inbound and outbound service-related calls and inquiries
• Proactively reach out to past customers for service follow-ups
• Schedule and confirm service appointments for the dealership
• Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
• Work closely with service advisors and management to meet daily and monthly goals
• Strive to meet and exceed sales and performance targets

What We're Looking For:

• Energetic and fun personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a Service BDC (Business Development Center) or similar role is required
• General Mechanical knowledge is required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver outstanding customer service
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a competitive spirit
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with technology and CRM systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
