Job Description

Service Contracts Administrator:

Provide excellent customer service to ensure service contracts are compliant to policies and entitled correctly in our database, per customer contractual requirements. This allows our customer’s equipment to receive proper maintenance resulting in the ability to save lives of patients.

Your role (Hybrid role, working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home):

  • Coordinate and administer all phases of service contract management.

  • Ensuring revenue recognition is in line with finance requirement

  • Utilize critical thinking to analyze complex contract requirements, special provisions, pricing, internal approvals, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations and corporate policies

  • Creatively consult with sales and/or service proposals on alternative options to provide guidance of requirements

  • Communicate contract policies and practices to the internal business partners

  • Manage increasingly competing priorities and deadlines, providing outstanding support to our internal partners and external customers

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

  • You've 3+ years of experience in sales support within a customer service and or contract processing environment

  • You have passion for customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous development

  • Your skills include, excellent and concise oral and written communication skills, including active listening

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.
