Description:

We are looking to add two people to this team. You will be covering for an increase in password resets sparked by open enrollment. This is a great opportunity for gaining IT experience in an Enterprise Environment. These individuals will potentially have the opportunity to be considered for longer term roles or higher-level tickets depending on need.

Perfect opportunity for someone to gain experience.

onsite 5 days a week

Shift will be M-F 1st shift

Expected Contract Duration: September 30 until December 6

Password resets - phone calls, chats, emails, most likely phone calls

Validate employee ID and DOB

Reset password with AD

Walk user through policies

Help with enrollment in self service

Educating user

Answering user questions

They are also willing to look at candidates that have experience doing service desk analyst work in an enterprise environment. Experience with O365 and Active Directory would be ideal.
