Job Duties:
- Monitor performance to make sure technicians are achieving or exceeding service goals
- Oversee and work closely with service admin personnel to ensure efficient dispatch and work order management
- Maximize productivity per employee based on company standards
- Coordinate with other department managers on service operations
- Complete review of monthly service reports to assure procedure compliance
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer concerns in a timely manner
- Administer filing of accident reports involving personnel and equipment
- Administer all warranty filings in a timely manner
Must Haves:
- Excellent organization and project management skills, including ability to organize time, work on multiple tasks and follow through to complete of tasks or projects.
- Minimum of 5 years “hands on” service experience with escalating responsibilities
- Familiarity with material handling equipment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, duties, and responsibilities
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to understand urgencies and service internal and external customers in a spirit of teamwork, respect, and cooperation
- Demonstrate the ability to teach, train and coach others toward exemplary performance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
